Issue 3 ~ June 2021: J-Fashion Graduation
1. A collection of books
"The pen is mightier than the sword."
Welcome to Bibliotheca! Before the advent of social media websites, J-fashion knowledge was primarily discussed in Western communities on online blogging communities. Longer-format posts allowed for users to partake in lengthy discussions, post reviews, share resources, and otherwise engage with their community. Today, this is still the preferred format for many J-fashion enthusiasts!
In an effort to make individual works more accessible, Bay Area Kei is promoting J-fashion blogs on this webpage, which will feature individual bloggers and topics covered. You can also choose to receive a monthly digest of blog posts by using the contact form at the bottom of the page.
If you are interested in being featured as a affiliated blogger, please apply here!
Bay Area Kei reserves the right to reject any blog with posts that are inconsistent with our organizational values. The views expressed by our affiliated bloggers do not necessarily reflect the views of Bay Area Kei and our individual team members.
I have been in the J-fashion community for over 15 years and blogging was always a part of getting involved. I first started on Livejournal before moving to Blogspot, and now I have a new home on Ko-fi. I largely discuss J-fashion history, lifestyle, artwork, hot takes, and occasional in-depth reviews.
