BAY AREA KEI

We are currently accepting Ursa Major staff applications from individuals who have previously volunteered at other Bay Area Kei or affiliated events. If you are interested in helping out but have no previous experience working with our team, please apply as a volunteer (volunteer applications will open mid-August).

Staff are expected to:

• Attend virtual planning meetings pre-con

• Be communicative about their availability

• Be available to work a minimum of 16 hours at-con

Ursa Major staff are responsible for ensuring that the convention is running smoothly and for providing an enjoyable experience for convention attendees. Responsibilities can include, but are not limited to:

• Set-up and breakdown

• Line management

• Event programming

• Answering attendee questions

• Badge registration and check-in
