DO:

✔️ Do bring a doll, plush (including bags), or toy that you feel comfortable carrying! Doll stands are strongly recommended.

✔️ Do take photos, post them in the Doll Museum thread on Discord, and tag @bayareakei on social media.

✔️ Do feel free to ask staff for information about the displays.

PLEASE:

❗ Ask permission before touching other attendees’ items.

❗ Keep track of your belongings: Ursa Major staff are not responsible for items that are left behind or lost.

❗ Be aware of your surroundings: it’s easy to knock small objects over by accident.

DO NOT:

🚫 Do not bring toys or accessories with features that could disturb other attendees, i.e. inflammatory slogans, extreme horror/gore mods, or noisemaking devices.

🚫 Do not make negative comments about specific brands, artists, or other attendees’ belongings.

🚫 Do not engage in sales or excessive self-promotion.
