Hop into the Jelly Bowl with the Bay Area Kei team! This casual virtual party will provide an opportunity for attendees to meet one another and show off their favorite wobbly treats!

Our jiggly, wiggly mini-party will have two rooms with assigned virtual seating. To reserve a spot, please fill out the RSVP form linked below! The form will open for sign-ups on July 12, 2021 at 9:00 A.M. Pacific Time / 12:00 P.M. Eastern Time. Registration will close on July 20, 2021 at 11:59 P.M. Pacific Time / July 21, 2021 at 2:59 A.M. Eastern Time, or when all slots are filled - whichever comes first!

ATTENDANCE ELIGIBILTY 

Due to the limited seating capacity of this event, we are accepting RSVPs on a first-come, first-served basis. You are eligible to attend so long as you (1) are a J-fashion wearer, and (2) complete the registration form. Attendance will be capped at 20 attendees to maintain a quality experience.

We ask that all attendees have their microphones and cameras on during the event to the extent possible, for the comfort and safety of all present. We encourage attendees to dress in some form of J-fashion; however, this is not required as we understand not everyone has access to their wardrobes at this time.

You aren't required to make a wiggly treat to show off, or pay homage to jiggly treats with a jelly-themed coordinate. But we do strongly encourage it, because jelly is fun and cute!

SLOTS AND WAITLIST

Jelly July is a tiny, just-for-fun event, so attendance is capped at 10 attendees per party room (for a total of ​20 slots) to maintain a quality experience. Please plan to register ASAP when slots open, as they may fill up quickly! If slots fill up before the deadline, we strongly encourage you to fill out the form to be placed on the waitlist. If a seat opens up, we will contact you via e-mail.

DISCORD SERVER

We will be assigning attendees to chat rooms on our Event Discord Server. This allows for small groups of people to easily chat and participate in activities led by the table host. We will ask for your Discord username in the RSVP form, so please have a Discord account before signing up. If you are unfamiliar with Discord, here is our video guide to help you best utilize it for a virtual tea party. We also have a tech guide and tea party guide available on our webpage as well as in the server itself.

AFTER SUBMITTING THE FORM

Once you submit an RSVP form, you will receive a confirmation email with specific guidelines and information. This email only confirms we have received your submission, and is NOT an official invitation. We will continue to follow up to the email address provided in the form with any additional information, so please make sure you enter your email address correctly and to check your spam folder for any missed messages.

After we close the registration form, you will receive an additional email notifying you whether you have obtained a slot. This email will contain information and guidelines for attending the event. The Bay Area Kei team sends this notification manually, so please be aware that it may take up to 72 hours to receive confirmation of your slot.
