J-FASHION SWAP MEET
Friday, December 2nd, 2022
6 PM - 9 PM
Join us at our Friday evening Swap Meet for some budget-friendly secondhand shopping! Doors open for attendees at 6 pm.
Entry to the Swap Meet is FREE and open to the general public! This is an all-ages event, and J-fashion attire is not required in order to shop.
All attendees must be fully vaccinated, and must provide proof of vaccination and ID at the door.
"Fully vaccinated" means that at least two weeks have passed after receiving the second dose of a vaccination series. Boosters are not required, but recommended.
Children under 18 are not required to have ID, but must still display proof of vaccination to attend.
Both physical and digital proof of vaccination, like a verification app, will be accepted.
Masks are required to be worn in the event space at all times. Please wear a well-fitted mask that covers your nose and mouth.
We will be limiting the number of people allowed inside our event spaces at once. Please social distance whenever possible, and be respectful of others' personal space.
Looking to get rid of some of your personal J-fashion items? Register for a table and sell your secondhand J-fashion items at our swap meet on Friday, December 2nd!
Swap Meet registration opens: November 13th, 12 PM Pacific Time
Swap Meet table price: $40
Please note that table space is limited! Once all table slots are filled, you may register on Eventbrite to be added to a waitlist.
We will have a dedicated table for free items that anyone may add or take from!
TERMS OF SERVICE
Swap Meet sellers may start setting up in room Sakura B on at 5 PM on Friday, December 2nd.
We are NOT providing garment racks or hangers. Please bring your own rack if needed. A maximum of one small clothing rack is allowed per table. Please be respectful of your fellow sellers' space!
Each table may be staffed by a maximum of two sellers. If you are planning to share a table, please submit ONE registration form. We will charge the full amount to the primary table holder.
All items must be secondhand, not personally handmade items. If you wish to sell items that you have made, please apply for a vendor table instead.
All items must be lolita fashion or J-fashion garments, accessories, or on-theme novelty items. Indie brand items are allowed. No cosplay/anime items, please!
No tall displays on the table or free-standing displays on the ground. Please do not tape anything to the walls or table.
Please note that sellers are responsible for their own garments, and Bay Area Kei is not liable for any damage or theft to any sellers' items.
