Our coordinate contest will be held during the Holiday Ball on Saturday, December 13th at 8:30 PM. Contestants do NOT have to sign up ahead of time, but must line up at 8:15 PM in order to participate.

Participants are encouraged to dress on theme, but it is not required. Possible Cosmic Carnival interpretations include circus, space, stars, or clowns. We look forward to seeing your creative coordinates!

• Participants must have a Saturday badge or weekend badge for Ursa Major in order to enter the contest.

• Participants must be aged 18 or older to be eligible.

• Coordinates must adhere to the Holiday Ball’s dress code. However, contestants may choose to wear different shoes that do not meet the dance floor requirements when walking in the coordinate contest.

• Outfits must be from a recognizable J-fashion.

• No cosplay or costumes.

• No print replicas.

• Coordinated pairs or trios are encouraged to enter together! These will be considered as one entry, and prizes can be split amongst the winners.

8:15 PM - Contestants line up in the ballroom.
8:30 PM - Contestants will do a walk of the floor and pose a few times to show off their coord.
Pairs/trios may walk together, and can pose separately and/or together as part of their walk.
~9:30 PM - Winners will be announced and prizes from our lovely vendors will be given out.

Important: Our photographer will take a photo of your coordinate during the walk to use for our voting system. Please make sure to hold a pose for long enough to get a good photo.
