COORDINATE CONTEST
SATURDAY, DECEMBER 9TH, 9 PM - 10 PM
The Ursa Major Coordinate Contest will take place during the Holiday Ball in the Imperial Ballroom. Participants may sign up using this form before the convention, or at the Info Desk located at lobby level any time before contestant call-time. At call time during the ball, contestants will line up and walk to show off their coordinate before voting/judging commences.
Prize information coming soon!
CATEGORIES
This year, rather than having everyone dress to a specific theme, participants may choose between multiple contest categories! Contestants may select up to two categories to compete in, but may only place once overall.
The categories are:
Best Dressed Couple
Coziest
Best Handmade
Best Accessories
Most Intricate Hairstyle
Most OTT (Over the Top)
At call-time during the ball, contestants will line up and walk to show off their coordinate before the voting and judging begins. Everyone will walk exactly once, even if they are entering multiple categories. Those entering the "Couples" category will be asked to walk together. As part of their walk, they may still pose separately.
