J-fashionistas are in many fields including lots who are in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math). We've brought together a diverse group of femme presenting people to discuss a wide variety of topics including challenges in the workplace, why they love their jobs, and what it means to be an under-represented group within an industry to each of them.
